Forty-five of the umpires currently working in MLB are graduates of the Harry Wendelstedt Umpire School, and we’re proud to pass on that tradition to new students. Through a world-class combination of classroom training and field work with the pros, students will be able to learn the breadth of skills, theory and technique that make an MLB umpire.
We thoroughly teach all subjects in a classroom setting, on-field, through drills and simulated situations.
